Visit by Vice Provincial

The visit from the Provincial Administration Headquarters in Jharsuguda of INE Province takes place every 3 years to inspect and evaluate the ongoing activities of the Trust. On 6^th April, 2022, the Vice Provincial visited the Newly Formed SHGs that is under the care of GNWT. He interacted with the women of the SHGs and asked them about the activities that the Trust has undertaken and the facilities that they have received. The women shared about the capacity building programs, training programs related to bookkeeping and registering themselves in bank as well as for other schemes, awareness and exposure to block and district level government organizations. The women also talked about the Women’s Day Program which was done by GNWT which they found uplifting and inspirational. The Vice Provincial then visited the Tailoring Unit at Manoharpur. There he interacted with the tailoring students and encouraged them. The tailoring students shared how they felt empowered by taking part in income generating activities and how they have been able to support their families. The Vice Provincial then visited GNWT Office at Bamanpukur where he interacted with the Nursing Students. The nursing students shared their career journey with the Vice Provincial and how the Trust has assisted them in being successful. The Vice Provincial encouraged them by saying that by their success they can be models in the village and help in the growth of the village.  The Vice Provincial then interacted with the GNWT Staff. A power point presentation of the GNWT activities was presented to him. He praised the involvement and the activities that the Trust has been undertaking in the villages.
