Family Awareness Camp at Fatehpur

On 19th September, 2019, a family awareness camp was organized at Fatehpur, under the management of Gonpada Navjeevan Welfare Trust at 3 p.m. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Ajit Mandi, the social work animator and Mr. Dilip Gomes, the resource person from Kolkata. The resource person discussed about the various factors contributing to poor family well-being. He even stated reasons like- alcoholism, gender inequality and domestic violence that are common factors for poor family well-being in rural areas. He conveyed that understanding, love and care lead to happiness and well-being in the family. 26 people had attended the camp.
