GNWT had organized 5 days special training programme for the staff members at GNWT Office, Bamanpukur from 21^st June to 25^th June, 2021 to ensure acquisition of essential skills, effective execution and management of the projects, enhance team performance as well as to establish an effective channel of communication. The training was conducted online and methods like discussion, presentation, and Participatory Action Approach were used to make it interactive. The staff was trained on their unique role in the management and execution of the projects and other thematic activities.
