Adopt A Project

GNWT works across 5 Sector Specific Areas of Education and Skill Development, Women Empowerment and Capacity Building, Nutrition, Health and Hygiene, Livelihood Activities and Preservation and Protection of Environment in the tribal belt of West Medinipur, West Bengal. You can adopt one or more project under the Sector Specific Areas according to your CSR needs pertaining to your objective, area of intervention and geographical location. GNWT will take responsibility for organizing project activities and intervention, monitoring and evaluating programs along with sending impact reports periodically.

Corporate Donations

As mentioned above, GNWT works across 5 Sector Specific Areas which provided various grounds for which donations can be made. You may thus make a lump sum donation towards a specific area or cause your company would like to support.Your donations would be directed towards GNWT’s intervention which addresses your preferred cause.

Employee Engagement

Payroll Giving

Payroll giving can be a unique program for your employee and organization that provides a sense of social responsibility. Through Payroll a small part of employee’s salary can be deducted every month, which accumulates and can be donated to a cause of their choice. Thus, you can thus encourage your employees to contribute a certain amount from their monthly salary towards changing the life by providing opportunities for the backward and marginalised women, youth and children. Your company can also provide a matching grant to encourage employees to donate more. Difference can be made right from the convenience of your desks.

Corporate Volunteering

Corporate Volunteering is a way for businesses to enable their employees to give back an contribute to the community. It also gives the employees a sense of the company’s social ethic. Unlike corporate donations and payroll giving, corporate volunteering can be a great way to practice social responsibility first hand by your employees as an addition to your employee engagement programs. Your employees can volunteer in our intervention programs by teaching, conducting activities, awareness programs and workshops, skill building initiatives, technology training, virtual support for projects and activities, promoting a cause, content writing, aiding documentation, fundraising, or hosting a fundraising event, handing out care packages or donating for the community like school supplies, warm clothes, nutritious dry food kits etc. Corporate Volunteering will provide your employees fulfilment along with experience a sense of belonging and purpose in life.
