Inauguration of COVID-19 nutrition programme in 9 villages

From 7th to 12th September, the Trust inaugurated the COVID-19 nutrition programme for 167 needy in 9 target villages. The target villages were Bezda, Gonpada, Sijua, Fatehpur, Gobra, Nimapada, Lalpur and Uttar Amdhia. As per the programme each child was to be given a banana and an egg on a daily basis for 3 months, which s/he had to consume on spot. The animators had to maintain the daily record of the children, ensure that children finished the food on spot, track their weight, teach them personal hygiene and ensure smooth operation of the activities.
