Capacity Building Training Programme for 4 newly formed SHGs

On 22nd September 2021, Gonpada Navjeevan Welfare Trust organized Capacity building training programme for its 4 newly formed SHGs at Dibyo Bani Niketan, Gonpada. Mrs. Ruth Mary, Project manager and Mr. Mominul Islam, Specialist in Group Building and Leadership from SKC Hijli, oriented the newly formed SHGs on the meaning, role, nature, importance, characteristics, code of conduct and overall function of the SHG, their contribution to the overall welfare of the society and the need for women led SHGs to ensure community development. Special SHG related schemes like- Sastha Sathi, Snehalaay, Bondhu Prokolpo, Banglashri, Student Credit Card, etc were also discussed during the session.
