Duck and Chick Vaccination Campaign

On 23rd June and 25th June 2022, the Trust conducted a Vaccination Drive for Ducks and Chicks in the villages of Bejda, Dhalhara and Doasti under its Livelihood Program. The vaccination was done in collaboration with the BLDO Dantan, Animal Health Centre, Dantan and the Prani Mitras. Firstly, the animators did a survey to find out how many families reared Chicks and Ducks in these villages. After the data was collected, the vaccination was done with the help of Prani Mitras. The vaccination was done door to door. A total of 114 Ducks and 341 Chicks were vaccinated in 39 families. Follow up was done by the animators after vaccination.
