Exposure Visit to Seva Kendra, Don Bosco Nitika and DBSERI Hijli

The GNWT Secretary and the Project Coordinator paid a visit to the skill development unit of Don Bosco Self Employment Research Institute (DBSERI), Don Bosco Nitika (Tangra) and Seva Kendra Kolkata on 4^th November 2020, to learn about courses like- beautician, electrician, plumbing, tailoring, masonry, computer, spoken, etc, and to get a detailed insight of the expenses to be incurred, requirements, course structure and marketing/ future prospects. The purpose of the visit was to gain practical knowledge for future courses at GNWT.  The ultimate objective of the visit was to bring skill development and self employment opportunities at the doorstep of the marginalized through networking and initiation of courses.
