Observation of Hul Diwas at Gonpada

On 30^th June, 2022, the Trust observed Hul Diwas at Gonpada. Aninda Sundar Pal the Headmaster of Bejda Primary School, Fr. Lawrence D’ Almeida the  GNWT Secretary,  Fr Parash Kujur the Dibyo Bani Niketan Hostel-In charge  and Fr. Saroj Kumar Hess graced us with their presence. The program began with a prayer song and welcome address after which a short speech about the Hul Diwas and its importance was given by Mr. Ajit Mandi. The participants of the program stood in silence for a minute in commemoration of Sidho and Kanhu. Flowers were then offered to their portrait to offer condolence and respect for their great sacrifice. A Hul Diwas song was played in remembrance of their bravery after which the program came to an end.
